How do reviews work?
Customers rate the job overall, plus pricing, quality, timeliness and scheduling, and can rate each tech who did the work. Stars show right away; you approve the written words before they appear.
What kinds of businesses is it for?

Do my customers need the app?
No app is needed to rate and endorse you; it opens in their browser. To have friends and family see their endorsement, they join TryMyPro, which is free.
